For those who want to immerse themselves in the city’s daily rhythm, the public bus is your best bet. Several lines pass directly through or near the Tôn Đức Thắng area, offering an affordable and authentic experience.

  • Bus Lines: Look for routes 02, 03, 12, 56, 88, or 124.
  • Pro Tip: This is the most budget-friendly way to see the "Pearl of the Far East" unfold outside your window.

Option 2: The Seamless Journey (Ride-Hailing & Tech)

If you value speed and precision, using a ride-hailing app is the way to go. This aligns perfectly with the "Smart Mobility" vision for the city, allowing you to bypass navigation stress.

  • Apps to Use: You can easily book a ride via Grab, Xanh SM, or Be.
  • Added Value: These apps provide upfront pricing and real-time traffic updates to help you avoid peak hour congestion. If you are using a motorbike, daily rentals in the city typically range from 120,000 to 160,000 VND.

Experience the "New Sài Gòn" by taking advantage of the city's latest infrastructure. This route is perfect for those who want a scenic view of the riverfront before diving into history.
